Overview
It’s been almost half a year since I bought the macaroni and it has been forgotten in the cupboard. Today I finally put it on the plate. It looks good with the red tomato sauce! The method is also very simple!

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil

Then pour in the macaroni and add a small spoonful of salt and cook

After cooking for about 10 minutes, remove it with a strainer

Then pour it into a large bowl filled with ice water, let it cool, and then drain the water

Cut the ingredients into small cubes and chop the pork into minced meat

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the pork, then add a spoonful of cooking wine and stir-fry

Then add onions and tomatoes and stir-fry until fragrant

Add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil

Then pour in the drained macaroni

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and pepper and stir-fry until the water is almost gone
