  1. Soak fungus, peanuts and soybeans in water

  8. Add all the remaining ingredients such as carrots, cabbage, and stir-fry

  9. Add soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly, then cover the pot and simmer for a while. It will be ready after about 20 minutes. I prefer to eat this dish after it is left to dry and solidify. It is so delicious (because there is meat skin in it, it feels a bit like the meat skin is frozen after cooling)
