Overview
It rained for more than 20 consecutive days during this year's plum rainy season, and the weather was cool and pleasant. However, when the weather cleared, the weather directly entered the hot weather, which affected my appetite. Fortunately, summer is when a lot of vegetables and fruits are on the market, so I made this dish using pumpkin and shrimp skin. It is light, delicious, fresh and beautiful, and it is really good for improving appetite
