Cut the beef tenderloin into strips, add soy sauce, rice wine and black pepper and marinate for a while.

Wash the mushroom caps, cut into thick strips, blanch and set aside; wash the celery and cut into sections.

Heat oil in a pot, add beef tenderloin and stir-fry until cooked; then add shiitake mushrooms and celery segments, add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Both soy sauce and oyster sauce already have a certain salty taste. Taste it before serving. If the taste is not strong enough, you can add a little more salt.
