My son doesn’t particularly like to eat vegetables, but he has a special liking for rapeseed with tofu.

Wash the tofu and cut into pieces of about 5 mm.

Add oil to the pan, fry the tofu until both sides are golden brown, set aside.

Wash the rapeseed and carrots, cut the rapeseed into sections, and cut the carrots into slices.

Wash the seafood mushrooms, cut into 2 sections, and blanch them in water.

Finally, pour the rapeseed, tofu, and seafood mushrooms into the pot, add seafood soy sauce, oil, and salt, stir-fry a few times, and remove from the pot.
