Wash the celery and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in the pan, add celery and stir-fry.

Cut the tofu skin into long strips and add.

Add some oyster sauce to some of the braised pork I made yesterday.

Salt and five-spice powder, white sugar and light soy sauce to taste.

Simmer over high heat for a while, then turn off the heat when the soup becomes thick.
