We all know that baking is a sweet pit that can never be filled. Making cakes is easier than making cookies. When making cakes, you don’t have to worry about the butter freezing as you use it. I made a simple polka dot cake roll. It was pink and in a good mood

Isolated egg yolk

Add egg yolks to powdered sugar and mix well

Add water and mix well

Add corn oil and mix well

Sift in the flour and mix well

Add the white sugar in batches and beat until wet (as shown in the picture with a small hook)

Add one-third to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly

Pour back into the protein paste and mix evenly

Take a piping bag and cut a small opening. According to the drawing prepared in advance, squeeze the cake batter on the painted mat. After squeezing, remove the paper. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. After 1 minute, take it out and let it cool

Add red yeast rice powder to the remaining cake batter and mix well. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees

Pour into the baked polka-dotted gold plate and smooth with a spatula

Put it in the oven at 145 degrees for 30 minutes. Take it out and turn it upside down immediately. Take off the painted mat and let it warm

Use mat or oil paper to rewind
