Homemade chili sauce
Overview
This year, my father-in-law planted some chili peppers in his hometown. He liked the red color very much, so he picked some and made some chili sauce to share with his family and friends.

Steps
-
Prepare chili
-
Wash the peppers, fry the peanuts, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and peel them, and prepare the garlic and ginger.
-
Crush the peanuts, garlic, chili peppers (it’s best to remove the seeds from the chili peppers), and ginger in sequence.
-
Pour appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot.
-
Add half of the garlic and all the chili peppers and ginger and stir-fry. After stir-frying, add the tomatoes and continue to stir-fry. When the water is cooked out, add an appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce or bean paste and continue to stir-fry.
-
When the water is almost gone, add the crushed peanuts, appropriate amount of sugar and salt, and stir-fry evenly.

After the final cleaning, it was ok!
