I left some shepherd's purse when I made shepherd's purse and tofu pie last time. Today my son wants to eat wontons, so he bought some meat and came back to make wontons with the shepherd's purse.

Chop shepherd's purse, mince ginger and green onion

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder and cooking oil and mix well

Take a piece of wonton wrapper, add appropriate amount of fillings and wrap it into wontons. Since it is inconvenient for me to take pictures by myself, I did not take pictures of the details of wrapping the wontons

Wash the pot, heat it up, add a little cooking oil, tilt the pot and turn it around so that the oil evenly covers the bottom of the pot, put the wontons into the pot

After the wontons are placed, add half a bowl of water and turn to low heat, cover the pot and wait until the water in the pot dries up

When the water in the pot dries up and the oil comes out, it will be ready for about a minute
