  1. Cut half a zucchini into half. The tofu and garlic were not photographed.

  3. Cut the zucchini and set aside for later use. It is better to cut into thin slices as they are easy to fry

  4. Put a little oil in the pot and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, set aside

  5. Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir-fry. When the garlic is fragrant, put down the cut zucchini and stir-fry for a few times. Add half a bowl of water, so that the zucchini will cook more easily

  6. Pour the fried tofu on top, and when the water in the pot is almost dry, add salt and a little soy sauce to change the color, stir-fry for a while, and then it is ready
