I like to make the simplest dishes, without adding a lot of ingredients, and they are safe to eat. It’s incredibly simple, but it tastes good too,,,,,

Cut half a zucchini into half. The tofu and garlic were not photographed.

Scoop out the center part of the zucchini and wash it

Cut the zucchini and set aside for later use. It is better to cut into thin slices as they are easy to fry

Put a little oil in the pot and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, set aside

Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir-fry. When the garlic is fragrant, put down the cut zucchini and stir-fry for a few times. Add half a bowl of water, so that the zucchini will cook more easily

Pour the fried tofu on top, and when the water in the pot is almost dry, add salt and a little soy sauce to change the color, stir-fry for a while, and then it is ready
