Hunan flavored bacon and snow peas
Overview
Today I'm going to make a hometown dish - Xiang style bacon and snow peas. First wash the bacon with hot water, then cut the meat into slices about two inches wide, steam it first, prepare some chili, garlic, ginger slices and other condiments, stir-fry over high heat until the meat is crispy and juicy, with a fragrant aroma. Then add it with fresh vegetables, snow peas and bamboo shoots.

Put the washed and sliced bacon into a pot and steam it first; (be sure to steam the bacon before frying, otherwise the bacon will be too hard to chew)

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot. After the water boils, blanch the bamboo shoots;

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns in the cold oil;

After stir-frying, add the prepared ginger slices, green onion slices and garlic slices and stir-fry together;

Stir-fry the seasoning until fragrant and then add the steamed bacon;

Stir-fry together until the fat in the bacon is lightly stir-fried;

Then add the freshly fried bamboo shoots and washed snow peas and stir-fry;

Stir-fry until the snow peas change color slightly, then add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste, then stir-fry together and remove from the pan and serve.
