Cut the winter melon into cubes, cut onions and celery into sections, shred the ginger, and wash the clams and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add green onions and stir-fry twice, then add winter melon and stir-fry together.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and cover the pot.

After boiling, add clams and shredded ginger and continue heating until the clams open.
