Last time, a friend invited us to her house and entertained us. One of the dishes was chicken curry. I couldn’t stop eating it. Then I decided to learn how to cook it myself when I came back! And there it is.

I use this brand for curry.

Dice carrots and potatoes.

Marinate the chicken in soy sauce and a little salt for half an hour.

Cut onions and green peppers and set aside.

Stir-fry the corn and carrots together, then add some water and a little soy sauce and stir-fry the chicken alone. Then stir-fry the fried corn, carrots and chicken together. Take out three pieces of curry and spread them on the chicken with a spatula. Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes until the curry melts. Add green peppers and onions. Continue to stir-fry and simmer. You can use high heat at the beginning, and then use medium heat to avoid burning.
