Prepare ingredients

Add 20 ml of cooking wine to the pot of duck wings in cold water and bring to a boil over high heat, remove and wash and set aside

Pour the boiled and washed duck wings into the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned

Pour into the cooking pot and add star anise, peppercorns, ginger, green onions, cinnamon, and strawberry. Add three teaspoons of dark soy sauce, 30 ml of cooking wine, and add the water to cover the duck wings

Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium heat

Cook for twenty-five minutes. Add one and a half teaspoons of salt and half a teaspoon of chicken powder to taste and cook for five minutes

Turn off the heat and soak for about two hours before eating
