Spicy Beef Noodle Hot Pot
Overview
For my small hot pot, I sit it on an alcohol stove or induction cooker, put the noodles out and eat it in a bowl, and then put the fish balls or vegetables to be cooked into the small pot to cook. In order to take pictures and make it easier to shape, I poured out the excess soup in the small pot, leaving only the noodles. In fact, there needs to be a lot of soup in the small pot for cooking! I made this dinner for someone, just for him alone, because I can't eat spicy food. He has been busy with work recently and doesn't particularly like to eat. He doesn't like greasy food and he doesn't like eating meat anymore, so he cooks very, very little meat recently. Even if he does, he only adds a little bit to get the flavor. I'm really worried about him.
