Sesame Breadsticks

My husband has been thinking about making bread sticks for a long time, and this time I finally made them for him. Last night before I went to bed, I even reminded me not to forget to pack them for him to take to work. . . Ingredients: 250g high-gluten flour, 50g egg liquid, 50g fine sugar, 3g salt, 3g yeast, 115g milk, 25g butter, 30g black and white sesame seeds

Pour all the ingredients except butter and sesame seeds into the bread bucket, then put the bucket into the bread machine and secure it, start the "dough" program, which includes two stages of kneading + fermentation

Use a scraper to cut into long strips about 1cm wide

Stretch the long strip of dough to a suitable length, knead it evenly, and place it in the baking pan one by one
