Golden dumplings
Overview
This gold is borrowed from the golden color of gourds. Pumpkin is also called pumpkin. Pumpkin is added into the filling and dough of this dumpling. The pumpkin juice mixes with the dough and the dumpling skin is golden yellow. The pumpkin meat and shrimp filling are also yellow. Therefore, it is given a nice name: golden dumpling.

Wash the pumpkin, peel and remove the flesh

Grate the pumpkin flesh
