Steps
-
Wash the potatoes, put them in a steamer and steam them with the skin on. (I use an electric pressure cooker)
-
Chop ham, onions, and carrots into fine pieces.
-
Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped vegetables, stir-fry, add a little salt to taste and set aside.
-
Peel the steamed potatoes and put them in a bowl.
-
Use a harder spoon to mash the potatoes. The mashed potatoes will be very dry at this time. Slowly add the milk and stir constantly to form a more delicate and smooth mashed potato.
-
Add the sautéed vegetables and salad dressing and mix well.
-
Mixed mashed potatoes.
-
Place a piece of lettuce on the bottom of the plate and put mashed potatoes in the heart-shaped mold to make a heart shape.
-
Make two heart-shaped mashed potatoes. Cut off the bottom of the tomatoes, cut a slit in the middle, and then cut into triangular pieces. Cut along the tips but don't cut them off, and stand them on the side of the plate for decoration.
-
Put the strawberry jam into a piping bag and cut a small opening with scissors.
-
Use strawberry jam as a small decoration on the mashed potatoes, and the delicious mashed potatoes are complete.
-
Very delicious mashed potatoes.
