Cocoa Peanut Cookies

Overview

Among baking, I still like making cookies the most. There are many types of biscuits, and any one can be changed in countless ways. Moreover, making biscuits is simpler than other biscuits. It requires almost no baking skills. You can make it successfully as long as you follow the steps. Unlike hurricanes and the like, there are too many reasons for failure, and you will fail accidentally! And biscuits don’t require much powdered sugar, unlike cakes that require powdered sugar to stabilize protein. I don’t like sweets, so the biscuits I make are perfect for my taste. Today’s cocoa biscuits are slightly bitter, which is just right for me.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. After the butter is softened at room temperature, add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar. I also made this powdered sugar myself. Use a stir stick or hand to stir evenly.

  2. Add the egg liquid in portions, stir evenly and combine thoroughly.

  3. Add chopped peanuts.

  4. Sift in cocoa powder, cake flour and baking soda.

  5. Knead into a dough.

  6. Use a rolling pin to roll it into thin slices and cut off any irregularities on the four sides.

  7. Cut into long strips and place on baking sheet.

  8. After preheating the upper and lower tubes of the aca oven to 180 degrees, place the biscuit embryos and bake for about 10 minutes. The specific time and temperature will depend on your own oven. Do not overbake, as there will be a mushy smell after baking.

  9. The baked biscuits are not very regular because I have no patience when shaping them. You can eat them by yourself a little more casually.

  10. It has the taste of cocoa powder, slightly bitter, but delicious, not like chocolate, haha.
