First, simply wash off the mud on the onion, then peel off the skin. Cut off both ends, cut in half and slice thinly lengthwise, then spread into thin strips.

Wash the blood from the pork liver, cut into thin slices, and marinate in cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Once the oil is hot, roast the onions over medium heat.

After the onions change color, add the pork liver (along with the cooking wine) and roast over high heat.

When the pork liver begins to change color, add salt and stir-fry over high heat. Sprinkle in black pepper before serving.
