Cut the old pumpkin into cubes and prepare them in advance.

Chop the minced meat, mince it with light soy sauce, salt, ginger, cooking wine, corn starch, and an egg, marinate it in advance and set aside,

Chop green onions and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and garlic and saute until fragrant, about half a minute.
