Remove old yellow leaves from fresh cabbage, wash and set aside.

Soak the fresh mushrooms in water for five minutes and wash them thoroughly. If you don’t have time, don’t soak them.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, blanch the cabbage until it changes color and place on a plate.

Boil the shiitake mushrooms in the water with which the cabbage has been blanched for five minutes and remove.

Pour away the water, add vegetable oil and oyster sauce to the pot when it is hot, (lower the heat) quickly add the blanched mushrooms and stir-fry for a few times and turn off the heat.

Place the mushrooms on top of the cabbage and pour the juice from the pot onto the top of the cabbage.
