Birds and flowers scented biscuits
Overview
I have always liked the aesthetic style. When I saw the beautiful flowers and grass, I wanted to decorate them on cookies. After baking, the flowers did not change color much. Each one has its own unique beauty. If you have other scented teas at home, you can also use them to decorate. In a leisurely afternoon, enjoy the beauty of life quietly with a book, a dessert, a cup of coffee, and a fresh and refined afternoon tea!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the purple sweet potato and cut into small pieces and place in the steamer
-
Wash and peel the iron stick yam, cut it into small pieces and put it in the steamer. Steam it for more than ten minutes and prick it with chopsticks. When it is pricked through, it will be cooked.
-
First take a part of the purple sweet potato and put it into a food processor to make it into a puree for easy decoration. The yam is also beaten into puree, and it looks delicate when mounted.
-
Scented tea should be soaked in cold water for two to three hours in advance, or it is better to use fresh flower buds.
-
The required materials are weighed separately and set aside.
-
In addition, the remaining purple sweet potato should be crushed with a spoon. Do not use a food processor. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon honey juice, stir well and sift. You can add a small amount of honey according to the amount of purple sweet potato. The purple sweet potato will turn into a stunning color!
-
Turn the sieve over and scrape the purple sweet potato pieces into the basin. They should be scattered into small pieces. Do not press them.
-
Beat butter until light yellow and add cake flour.
-
Continue to beat and mix evenly.
-
Add the egg liquid in two portions.
-
Place on a cutting board and knead into a smooth dough. Then refrigerate for one hour.
-
Place the dough in a grocery bag and roll it out through the bag so that the rolling pin doesn't stick to it.
-
Use a scraper to scrape the edges and corners neatly, and roll them out to a thickness of 3mm.
-
Cut the bag open and add your favorite mold.
-
Carve out the pattern you like and carefully transfer to the baking sheet. (Since the photo was taken at night, the color of the light is different)
-
Put the purple sweet potato puree and yam puree into a piping bag vertically, and squeeze out the two-color flowers. Use the flower mouth according to your own preference.
-
Place coriander leaves on the biscuit base and start decorating.
-
Use your imagination to DIY your own outfits!
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees in advance, upper and lower 160/150 degrees, bake for 12-15 minutes, you can take it out in advance according to the color.
