Cut off the shrimp whiskers, remove the shrimp lines, peel the shells, add appropriate amount of salt, oil, soy sauce, rice wine, and shredded ginger and marinate for a few minutes.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and cut into thin slices.

Use a spoon to press down the middle of the toast and sprinkle with a small layer of cheese.

Then put tomatoes and shrimps on top.

Sprinkle with another layer of cheese.

Place in baking pan.

Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
