Ingredients: Pork bones, corn, yam, red dates. Chop the pork bones into pieces, cut the corn into pieces, peel and cut the yam into pieces. Because yams tend to turn yellow when peeled and cut into pieces, I didn’t take any photos. I cut them and put them in the pot directly.

First put the pork bones, corn, and red dates into the pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. The yam is added at the end so it won’t burn easily.
