Fried glutinous rice with wild vegetables and eggs and red dates rice
Overview
I brought wild vegetables (cloud green vegetables) from my grandma’s house and made red date glutinous rice at noon (just put big red dates in the pure glutinous rice and steam it in a rice cooker. The sweetness of the red dates will be sweet but not greasy in the rice)

After beating the eggs, mix the glutinous rice and eggs evenly

Cut the wild vegetables into cubes, add them to the rice and eggs, and stir together evenly

Pour oil into the wok and wait until the oil is hot. Pour it into the pan and stir-fry. Add a little salt and continue to stir-fry until the eggs are slightly cooked

Turn off the heat! Get out of the pot!
