Cream Puffs
Overview
Puffs are a dessert originating from Italy. I like to eat them with cream. The crispy and crunchy taste of the cream and the smooth and sweet taste of the cream are very attractive to me, so I make puffs at home every now and then. But I have always been worried about how to store the puffs. They will become soft easily in the refrigerator, but they have a different taste when they are soft. If you don't put them in the refrigerator, bake them in the oven when you eat them, and they will become crispy immediately.

Reduce heat to simmer, add sifted flour and stir-fry until a film forms on the bottom of the pot

When the dough is slightly cool, about 60 degrees, add the whole egg liquid in batches until the dough is fully absorbed before continuing to add the egg liquid

Just add all the egg liquid until the dough forms an inverted triangle. Note: It is not necessary to pour all the egg liquid from three large eggs, and it may not be enough.
