Overview

Puffs are a dessert originating from Italy. I like to eat them with cream. The crispy and crunchy taste of the cream and the smooth and sweet taste of the cream are very attractive to me, so I make puffs at home every now and then. But I have always been worried about how to store the puffs. They will become soft easily in the refrigerator, but they have a different taste when they are soft. If you don't put them in the refrigerator, bake them in the oven when you eat them, and they will become crispy immediately.

  1. Add butter, water, sugar and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat

  6. Cut out patterns one by one, preheat the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes, then adjust to 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Do not open the door in the middle
