Rinse the oysters clean, especially anything stuck to their surface.

Pry open the oyster along its mouth.

After prying it open, rinse the oyster, cut the ligaments in the concave shell, and turn the oyster over.

Arrange the prepared oysters.

Chop the garlic and chili pepper separately and mix them together (it’s best to chop them a little bit, the taste will be better)

Add salt, oil, oyster sauce and stir evenly

Spread the prepared garlic sauce evenly on the oysters

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes (the time in each oven is different)
