Spicy pepper egg sauce
Overview
In the hot summer, people often have a poor appetite. Chili pepper egg sauce can increase appetite. It is a home-made dipping sauce on the dining table of us Northeasterners in summer, and it is also my favorite. Dip it into various vegetables (cucumber, lettuce, radish, amaranth...) and have a bowl of rice with water. It is quite refreshing and appetizing. It is absolutely delicious

Wash the peppers
