Burnt rice porridge
Overview
At that time, I never thought that rice grains could be fried so black. It wasn’t until I drank barley tea that I realized what it meant to be burnt but not mushy. Burnt rice porridge can strengthen the spleen and remove dampness. It is suitable for people with spleen deficiency and diarrhea, indigestion, watery diarrhea or loose stools several times a day, and those who do not want to eat. The method is very simple, fry the japonica rice, add appropriate amount of water, cook it into gruel, and drink it warm. In fact, it can also be made in one pot, but I am still used to using a small pot to cook this small amount of porridge. It should not be used if the diarrhea is caused by dampness and heat.
