Ingredients needed: soybeans, green onions.

Wash the soybeans and soak them for at least 24 hours.

Cut green onions into sections.

The onion part should be cut in half.

Heat oil in a hot pan, add soybeans and stir-fry over high heat for about 2-3 minutes, until the soybeans have no beany smell and are completely cooked.
