Pineapple Fritters and Shrimp

I’m super obsessed with Peng Yuyan, so I went to his mommy’s Little Town Story and ordered this dish. I thought it tasted good, so I went home to try it

Cut the fried dough sticks into sections first

Shrimp pickles

Chop the shrimp into puree and stir in one direction

Add salt, cooking wine, and white pepper, stir evenly, and then add an appropriate amount of thick corn starch slurry

Stuff the mixed shrimp paste into the gaps in the fried dough sticks

Fry the pan over low or medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. The shrimp will be cooked easily

Take out of the pan and drain off the oil

Toss the salad with pineapple and shrimp fritters, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
