Prepare the required ingredients

Wash and tear the gallbladder fungus into pieces by hand and set aside

Slice garlic and ginger and set aside

Add lard to the pot and heat until melted

Pour in the fir fungus and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes (wild mushrooms must be cooked thoroughly)

Add pepper and cook for 1 minute then turn off the heat
