Carrot and Fish Ball Soup
Overview
White radish is a common vegetable with high nutritional value and medicinal value. Needless to say, the nutrition of fish is also great. The sweet and fresh radish meets the smooth and tender fish balls. Let’s have a bowl of radish and fish ball soup!

A celery plant, separate the stems and leaves, cut the stems into small pieces and pick off the leaves.

Peel the white radish, slice it first and then cut into thick shreds.

Heat a little oil in a wok, add onion and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and sliced ginger and stir-fry for a while.

Add stock or water, I used the fish soup used to make fish balls.

Add the fish balls, cover and bring to a boil.

Skim off the foam.

Add celery stalks and bring to boil.

Before serving, sprinkle with celery leaves and blanch until cooked.
