Prepare the ingredients

The sirloin steak I used was punched loosely from the front and back through the bag so that it would not taste tough

Pour water into the pot and cook until soft

Beef minced

Peel and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the tomatoes. Add a little salt and stir-fry evenly. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat until the tomato sauce forms

When the tomatoes turn into a paste, turn to high heat, add diced onions, minced beef and a little butter and stir-fry until the beef is tender, about a minute and a half

Dish out and set aside

Put a little butter in the pot and fry the carrot sticks and onion shreds over low heat until the surface is slightly charred. Add a little salt and turn off the heat.

Plate it and enjoy the delicious and tasty Italian pasta!
