Green onion cookies
Overview
The scallion-flavored cookies are not as good as expected for me, who likes sweetness, but my son said they are delicious. He also likes the carrots and green vegetables!

Once the butter has softened add the powdered sugar and salt.

Use an electric mixer to beat the butter until puffy and pale.

Add corn oil at one time (all oils will not separate oil and water)

Mixed state.

Add water in portions and beat with a whisk.

Whipped state.

Add the chopped green onions and mix gently with a spatula.

Sift in the flour.

Use a spatula to mix evenly without any dry powder.

Put the batter into a piping bag.

Squeeze on the baking sheet, preheat the oven in advance, 160℃ middle rack for 20-25 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only)

This pattern was squeezed into the second plate.

Just color the sides of the cookies (I like to simmer them with residual heat)

Keep cool and sealed.

After cooling, seal and store.
