Wake up in the morning with a cheese omelette sandwich
Overview
Both Xiao Tzu and I prefer Japanese toast with a soft texture. We made a reservation with the bread machine a day in advance, and when we woke up in the morning, soft and delicious toast was baked. Because my hair loss has been serious during the recent change of seasons, I specially added some more black sesame seeds to the toast this time, and also used milk instead of water. After the toast came out of the oven, the whole kitchen was filled with the sweet smell of the toast. The indispensable pairing of sandwiches in our house is fried eggs and cheese slices. The fried eggs should be cooked thoroughly on both sides, and then some juicy tomatoes, mangoes, etc. are added between the fried eggs and cheese slices. When you bite into it, the cheese fuses with the juice of the fruit and the fried eggs. It feels wonderful and full of happiness.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First, weigh the raw materials for making Japanese-style black sesame toast. Cut the butter into cubes in advance and soften it at room temperature.
-
Put all the ingredients into the mixing barrel of the bread machine in the order of liquid first and then solid. Be careful not to let the yeast powder come into direct contact with the salt and sugar. If your bread machine has an automatic fruit-spreading function, just put the black sesame seeds into the fruit box. If you don't, just put the black sesame seeds and flour directly together.
-
Select the "Japanese Toast" or "Soft Toast" function in the bread machine menu, and black sesame toast that is so soft that you can collapse your waist will be out of the oven in about 3 hours and 50 minutes.
-
Let the toast cool until it is not hot and then slice it.
-
Fry 1 egg with a little salt until cooked through. Wash and drain the lettuce, wash and slice the tomatoes, and prepare the cheese slices for later use.
-
Take a piece of 30×30 oil paper and lay it on the chopping board. First put a piece of black sesame toast, then put lettuce - cheese slices - tomatoes - fried eggs - tomatoes - cheese slices - lettuce in order.
-
Place another slice of black sesame toast and wrap the sandwich in order from left to right, then up and down. Here you can use double-sided tape to organize the oil paper more docilely and look more beautiful (because the oil paper is large enough, the double-sided tape will not touch the sandwich).
-
Use a bread knife to cut the wrapped sandwich in the middle. Don’t you feel that the appearance of the sandwich suddenly improved a lot? Pair it with milk or coffee to keep you energetic all morning!
