Overview
The pumpkin is sweet and sweet, but it has no personality. When paired with the salty egg, it just highlights the advantages of pumpkin. You can also increase the amount of salted egg yolk to make golden sand pumpkin.

Prepare ingredients; chop onion finely, mince garlic, and cut pepper into rings

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and microwave it for 5 minutes (or steam until cooked)

Cut the salted eggs in half and crush the egg whites & yolks with a whisk (or fork)

Crack in a raw egg, add mayonnaise and stir well

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic and chili peppers

Take out the spices, heat the pot over high heat, pour in the egg juice from step 4 and turn off the heat

While the egg liquid has not yet solidified, add the diced pumpkin and minced onions and garlic, stir-fry again on high heat, and add cooking wine

Scramble the egg liquid (solidified), add green onions, and sprinkle with black and white pepper. Serve.
