A radish, peeled and cut into cubes.

Boil a pot of hot water, add ginger slices and radish, adjust the soup button, and cook over medium heat for an hour.

Cut the beef into cubes, marinate with light soy sauce, Erguotou (cooking wine), and pepper for 20-30 minutes.

Heat oil in a hot pan, add bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears.
