Overview
Noodle fish is a very economical and affordable seafood. The small fish does not need to be gutted and can be eaten in a pot after being washed. The usual way to eat it is deep-fried or pan-fried.

Rinse the purchased noodle fish and marinate it with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for about ten minutes;

Break an egg into a plate and put in the fish noodles covered with egg liquid on both sides;

After one side is browned, flip and fry until both sides are brown; do not turn over in a hurry, turn over when you see the edges of the fish begin to turn brown;
