Slice tofu with hob.

Soak sea cucumber and cut into strips, slice onions and garlic.

Add soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and water to a bowl and mix well. Add starch and water to another bowl and mix well.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add sea cucumber and stir-fry for a few times.

Add the tofu and continue to stir-fry a few times.

Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and simmer for about 2 minutes.

When there is a little soup left, add water starch and stir-fry evenly.
