Turtle and hen soup
Overview
A few days ago, I stewed turtle and hen soup (nickname: Overlord Turtle Chicken (*^__^*)). I used turtles and pullets weighing more than a kilogram. The soup was light but tasted very fresh. I felt that stewing the soup was more trouble-free, but it was quite tiring to wash it, especially since the turtle was washed with clean water first and then scalded with boiling water to remove the white film on the surface. . . . Adding a little more green onion and ginger auxiliary ingredients can effectively remove the fishy smell.
