Fried eggs with onions
Overview
I believe many people always keep a few onions at home. This is the case in our home. Because onions are a good vegetable and are shelf-stable, they are delicious whether fried with meat or with eggs, but fried with eggs is probably more classic. Personally, I also think it tastes delicious when fried with eggs. Why? Because I don't like eating meat. The dish I made today is fried with home-grown duck eggs and only seasoned with salt. Is there a green and healthy food?
