  3. Haitian Doubanjiang is not too salty

  4. Use more fried fish than usual for stir-frying

  5. Almost fry, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and saute with remaining oil until fragrant

  6. Add the sauce and sauté until fragrant

  7. Add a bowl of water and stew

  8. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
