Steamed seabass

Steamed seabass

Overview

Steaming is the easiest of all methods. I’m so lazy, so I just like to steam it

  1. A sea bass with few spines, steamed very well

  2. I asked the master to kill the fish. I originally wanted to make it open, but he chopped it directly and I cut it into fillets. Put the fish in a bowl and marinate it with cooking wine and ginger for two minutes, then plate it as you like and steam it.

  3. Just steam it for two or three minutes. When you see the fish change color, it's done. Because I filleted the fish, it's easy to cook and has no spines. When it just changes color, put some soy sauce and scallions, steam for another minute, then heat the pan and pour it on, so the color looks better.
