Ingredients
Steps
-
First take 100 grams of flour and 50 grams of cooked purple sweet potato, knead them well.
-
Mix 1 gram of yeast and 65 grams of water, add it to the purple sweet potato flour and knead it into a smooth purple sweet potato dough.
-
Set aside the purple sweet potato dough to seal and ferment.
-
For all the remaining ingredients except butter, add liquid yeast first and then flour. Put it into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process until it ends.
-
After the program ends, add room temperature softened butter and start the dough mixing program again until it ends. (Gonghemian 2 times)
-
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
-
Take out the fermented two-color dough and knead it flat to deflate.
-
First, take out 10 grams of dough, wet it with your fingers and add some red yeast powder into it, and knead it into a small red dough for the nose.
-
Divide the remaining dough into 10 grams of small dough to make eyes, and divide the rest into 8 equal parts. Cover tightly and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Prepare red bean paste.
-
Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a round piece, add an appropriate amount of red bean paste and pinch it tightly to make a round shape.
-
Wrap all the dough in bean paste and shape into a ball. Next is plastic surgery.
-
Roll out the purple sweet potato dough and cut into 8 pieces with a knife.
-
Take a piece of purple potato dough and cover half of the bun, trim off the excess edges and pinch tightly to glue. As shown in the figure
-
All styling completed. Arrange into baking pan.
-
Use the reserved 10 grams of white dough to roll it out and divide it into 16 portions with a small piping tip. (If you don’t have a decorating tip, you can use a thick straw)
-
Cover each one in the middle of the purple sweet potato dough to make eyes.
-
Then use 10 grams of red yeast dough to divide into 8 small pieces and roll them into rounds to make the nose. The remaining pieces can be used to make flowers.
-
Then attach the small dots to the middle and lower ends of the eyes to form a nose.
-
Roll out the remaining red yeast dough and press it into flowers.
-
Paste it on the corner of the eye, put it into the oven to start the fermentation pan, put a plate of warm water at the bottom, and ferment the dough for the second time until it doubles in size in about 30 minutes.
-
Take out the second dough dough and brush it with a layer of milk liquid. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
-
Put it in the middle rack of the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
-
Finished product. Unmold immediately, cool to lukewarm and store in an airtight container.
