Wash and shred glass lettuce

Cut the avocado in half, peel and slice into thin slices

Prepare three slices of whole wheat toast

Brush a thin layer of oil into the pan and fry over low heat until both sides of the toast are golden brown

Fry an egg and sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on top

Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the work surface, place a piece of toast, top with shredded lettuce, squeeze on a layer of salad dressing, top with fried eggs

Take another piece of toast, add ham slices and avocado, and sprinkle a little black pepper on the surface

Stack step 8 on step 9

Cover with the last piece of toast

Wrap tightly with plastic wrap spread underneath

Cut in half with a knife and serve.
