I bought too many wonton wrappers and quickly thought of ways to use them up. Crispy, fragrant and delicious.

Prepare the ingredients and chop the green onions.

Add salt, pepper powder, and chicken essence to the chopped green onion and mix well.

Take a wonton wrapper and grease it with oil.

Add chopped green onion.

Put another skin on it, grease it with oil again, add chopped green onion, and stack them one by one, about 5 to 6 skins on top.

Use a rolling pin to roll it out thinly.

Heat the oil and add wonton wrappers.

Fry until both sides are golden.

Cut and plate.
