Overview

During the Chinese New Year, someone sent me a box of Oreo cookies with strawberry filling. To be honest, the smell was really unpleasant and no one would eat it, but it would be a pity to throw it away. So I removed the strawberry filling and made it into an Oreo cream box cake. After changing the way to eat it, everyone rushed to eat it. The following quantities can make 3 boxes of box cakes with a capacity of 709ML.

  1. First dissolve the cocoa powder with hot water, add corn oil, and stir the cocoa liquid and corn oil with a manual egg beater for about one minute. The emulsification is good and there is no separation of oil and water.

  3. Mix in a Z shape until dry powder is gone, add egg yolks in batches.

  10. Pour it into a square baking pan lined with non-stick oil cloth (oil paper can also be used), place it in the lower shelf of the Dongling K30A oven that has been preheated to 175 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes

  11. Take out the baked cake, tear off the oil cloth, let cool and cut into six equal rectangular cake slices.

  12. Add 35 grams of fine sugar to the whipping cream and beat with ice water until 7 minutes (high room temperature requires whipping the whipping cream in an air-conditioned room).

  14. Continue to beat the whipping cream until it is about 90% thick. Remember not to overbeat. You can stop beating for a while and check.

  15. Put the Oreo whipped cream into a piping bag, put a piece of cake in the box, and pipe a few lines of whipped cream on it.
