Pork liver is rich in vitamin A, which can prevent dry eyes and fatigue, and maintain a healthy complexion. In fact, fried pork liver needs to be a little spicy, but children can't eat spicy food, so I used onions and green peppers for seasoning.   1. Cut the pork liver into thin slices and soak it in water for 2 hours, changing the water several times in between. Rinse clean after soaking.
