Stir-fried pork liver with onions and green peppers
Overview
Pork liver is rich in vitamin A, which can prevent dry eyes and fatigue, and maintain a healthy complexion. In fact, fried pork liver needs to be a little spicy, but children can't eat spicy food, so I used onions and green peppers for seasoning. The green onion aroma and the fragrance of green peppers are very suitable for pork liver.
